Question: How do they test for DUI when not drinking alchohol? I was arrested for DUI in Encino then brought to Van Nuys.

Answer: General law enforcement will run Field Sobriety tests, and a Drug evaluation (observations and tests), and possibly urine and blood tests to help determine if someone is DUI of drugs. Depending on the type of drug, their sciences of determination are vulnerable to attack. For instance, marijuana tests are proven to be inconclusive as to effect at time of driving.
