Question: What is the penalty for a DUI and 2 hit and run charges?

Answer: There are a lot of unknowns here that make answering this question purely speculative.  To advise, more information would be needed.  Were all three issues based on one time of driving and arrest?  Or are the three separate cases?  Was there any injury in any or all of the cases?  What Court is your case or cases in?

That is the beginning of a long list of questions that would be needed to answer your question with even any degree of reliability for the estimation.  For both Hit and Run and DUI charges there is a minimum and maximum penalty for each. That being said, it may be possible to get some or all of your charges reduced to lesser offenses or dismissed completely.
